3. Notes:
1) Make sure you connect the external ports right, see picture:
a. Connect J1 to 5V power supply
b. Connect J2 to control keys, includes "C", "+5V" and “R”.
c. When connect to outside impulse, connect signal positive end to “+5V” port, negative end to “C” port.
d. Put a switch between “R” and “+5V”, press the switch to reset.
e. When connect to outside switch, put switch between “C” and “+5v”, “R” and “+5V”
2) Normal Power Supply is DC 5V. When the power supply is too high, you'd better not use the meter for long time.
